Donal joined Calligo in March 2017 and is the company’s CFO. He is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of business and driving the company’s financial strategy and planning.
Donal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Institute of Corporate Treasurers in the UK. He spent eight years with PWC working on a wide range of audit & corporate finance assignments before subsequently working in a variety of senior finance roles in Jersey listed companies over a 20 year period, the latter with significant exposure to M&A transactions.
