Vicki is Calligo’s Chief People Officer and joined Calligo in January 2021.

Vicki is responsible for leading the global HR function and developing and driving strategies for engagement, learning and development and resourcing across the company.

Vicki is a Chartered CIPD member and has over 15 years of HR and L&D experience working in the private sector across different industries. She has a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and is focused on delivering our people objectives that align with the organisation’s vision and strategy, whilst also maintaining a core focus on employee engagement.

Vick is passionate about actively supporting both employee wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation. She lives in the UK.
